Our School Improvement Plan

Flourishing a community of
Curious Minds, Kind Hearts, and Resilient Learners,
Rooted in God’s love.

Our school improvement plan (SIP) provides information regarding the key priorities identified through self evaluation for the next year. It is used to help drive school improvement and is monitored by school governors.

This year the priorities were agreed as a result of:
  • School Improvement Partnership County Visits and reports
  • Initial Headteacher observations
  • Pupil and parental voice
  • lesson observations and learning walks
  • pupil progress meetings
Our SIP is organised under the following broad objectives:
  • Leadership and Governance

    • Ensure strategic direction, effective oversight, and a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Promote staff wellbeing, professional development, and community engagement.
  • Curriculum and Teaching

    • Deliver a well-sequenced, ambitious curriculum that meets learners’ needs.
    • Ensure high-quality teaching that supports knowledge retention and skill development.
  • Achievement

    • Monitor and support academic progress and attainment across all groups.
    • Celebrate success and identify areas for targeted improvement.
  • Attendance and Behaviour
